Online personal training
for Australians.
A progressive strength program built around your schedule, your equipment, and your goals, written by a qualified personal trainer and exercise scientist, updated every week based on how your body responds.

What progressive training actually means
The body is remarkably efficient. Give it the same stimulus week after week and it adapts, the workout that was hard in week one becomes easy by week eight. When that happens, you stop making progress. This is why most people who go to the gym consistently for years still look roughly the same.
Progressive overload is the solution. It means deliberately increasing the demand on your muscles over time, incrementally adding weight, reps, sets, or reducing rest periods. The body responds to challenge, not routine. Every session in your EFN program has a specific target that is slightly harder than last week.
This sounds simple. The difficulty is programming it correctly, knowing how fast to progress, when to deload, how to structure exercises for maximum muscle stimulus, and how to adjust when life disrupts your training. That's what a qualified personal trainer and exercise scientist do that a generic program downloaded from the internet doesn't.
Works for your setup
Gym, home, or hybrid.
Gym training
Full access to barbells, cables, and machines. We program structured compound lifts with isolation work and build in progressive overload across every session.
Home training
Dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, or a combination. We design programs that produce real strength and muscle gains without needing a commercial gym.
Hybrid training
Some sessions at the gym, some at home. We build a program that works across both environments so your training doesn't stop when your schedule changes.

Who it's for
HealthOS works at any experience level.
Complete beginners
You'll learn technique, movement patterns, and how to train safely from day one. The program starts at your current level and builds progressively, no experience required.
Intermediate lifters
If you've trained for a year or more but feel stuck, the issue is usually programming quality or progression management. A structured program fixes both.
Time-poor professionals
Three well-designed sessions per week outperform six poorly planned ones. We make every session count so you're not spending hours in the gym to see results.
People returning after a break
Returning from injury, illness, or a long gap in training requires a different starting point than beginner programs assume. We build from where you actually are.
A program that actually brings constant progress.
New clients start on Gold, full coaching with weekly 1:1s and program updates built around how your body responds. As you progress, you step down to lighter support. Not sure? A free 15-minute call will point you to the right fit.
Common questions about online personal training
A template is built for a fictional average person. Your EFN program is built for you, your movement patterns, your equipment, your weak points, your schedule, and your current fitness level. It also changes week by week based on how your body responds, which a static template can't do.
Progressive overload means systematically increasing the demand on your muscles over time, more weight, more reps, better technique. Without it, your body adapts to the same stimulus and stops changing. Every session in your EFN program is built with a specific progression plan so you're always moving forward.
Your coach adjusts your program when your situation changes. Travel, equipment changes, illness, these are all things we accommodate. Gold plan clients can request adaptive changes any time. Silver clients get monthly updates that factor in upcoming changes you flag.
Your program is built around your available days, typically 3 to 5 sessions per week depending on your schedule and recovery capacity. We don't give you a 6-day program if you have time for 3. Consistency beats volume every time.
No. We build your program around whatever equipment you have access to, a commercial gym, a home setup with dumbbells and a bench, or minimal equipment. You tell us your situation at onboarding and your program is designed for exactly that.
